It’s also great for wellness, with benefits including relieving stress, reducing anxiety & improving sleep.

Where appropriate, appointments include assessment, treatment & provision of rehabilitation plan.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage offers a unique blend of soothing relaxation and uplifting stimulation during this transformative period, helping you feel supported and nurtured while at the same time relieving the aches and pains associated with growing a tiny life. Benefits may include promoting deep sleep, easing stress, enhancing  energy levels and reducing back & shoulder pain & swelling to hands, legs & feet.

Treatment is offered from 12 weeks onwards & is performed in a side lying or seated position with you being carefully, comfortably positioned and supported with pillows.

Post natal treatment can also be provided.

Dry Cupping Therapy

Dry Cupping is a technique that can be used in conjunction with massage therapy or as a standalone treatment.

Plastic cups are applied to the skin and a suction pump is used to create a vacuum. The technique is used for treating both acute and chronic muscle tension, muscular spasms and pain, headaches, back problems and aiding mobility of scar tissue.

Please Note: Cupping can leave circular marks on the skin. The marks can last anything from a few hours to 10+ days depending upon the area treated, the client and the condition.

Maintenance Packages

Regular treatment can help manage long term chronic conditions.

For runners and sports people, regular treatment is often used to reduce risk of injury and can even help to improve performance.
